About Us
Women's Weekend NJ, Inc. non-profit organization that was organized to support NJ women owned businesses as well as to provide education & support of issues that impact women in Monmouth and Ocean counties. The flagship event to be hosted by Women’s Weekend NJ, Inc. will be Women’s Weekend NJ held in Asbury Park and Ocean Grove.
When we first started talking about our idea to bring a women's weekend event to Asbury Park and Ocean Grove, most people's response was "why hasn't someone done this sooner??" We wondered the same thing, so with a tremendous amount of creativity, dedication, energy and passion, we
are proud to present what will surely become the premier Women's Event for the Tri State area!
Our exciting Women's Weekend will take place in both Asbury Park and Ocean Grove. Centrally located at the Jersey Shore in Monmouth County, Asbury Park has a long and illustrious arts and cultural history, and has been a mecca for the LGBT community for over 30 years. It features one of the best beaches in the state, along with a revitalized boardwalk and a downtown area filled with unique shops and eclectic restaurants. Right next door, is Ocean Grove, also a beautiful shore town filled with gorgeous Victorian homes and a quaint downtown area.
